“We hired Kyle Construction to help us with a major rehab to our 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa, “Villa Paradise”. It was the best decision we ever made. 

Living in the US, it can be intimidating undertaking a project of our scope and size in a foreign country. We did out due diligence and asked around the island for references and recommendations. Jamie’s name kept popping up, so my wife and I interviewed him and were blown away. Jamie has that can-do attitude and people-oriented demeanour that is a true credit to his organisation. The now elevated pool deck, completed with a cabana and a vanishing edge pool. He rewired and re-plumbed the entire house. We installed brand new flooring, roofing, bathrooms and a kitchen. 

His team was always courteous and on time. Jamie’s communication skills are top notch. He sent me pictures daily and submitted detailed receipts every fortnight.
